Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (like dried fruits, honey, and spices), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@kashmirproducts.in with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving your claim and verifying the issue, we will process a refund or send a replacement item.
